Terms & Conditions of abn8 Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the abn8 platform, including all pages, applications, games, services and content provided through the abn8 domain ("Platform"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you access or use our Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our Platform. abn8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice published on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Use of the abn8 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration;
• Full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Not subject to an active self-exclusion order on any related gambling platform;
• Registering with truthful, accurate and verifiable personal information.

abn8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) or equivalent identity document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary account freeze. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same user is a breach of these terms.

3. Account Use

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including your username and password. All activity that occurs through your account, whether authorised or not, is your responsibility as the account holder.

abn8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as a fraudulent attempt and contact our support team immediately. Users are advised to use a strong, unique password and change it regularly for better account security.

abn8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account has been compromised, used without authorisation, or is involved in suspicious activity. In such situations, funds held in the account will be retained until the investigation is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The abn8 platform accepts a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All financial transactions are processed with encryption protection to ensure the security of user funds.

The minimum permitted amount for deposits and withdrawals is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved. This timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and external factors beyond abn8's control.

• All deposits must come from a legitimate funding source in the name of the registered user;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies;
• abn8 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for transaction amounts exceeding certain limits;
• Any attempt to launder money or use funds obtained through illegal means is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

abn8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. Our welcome bonus provides a 120% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM888. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM120, giving an account balance of RM220 with a wagering requirement of RM2,400 (i.e. RM120 × 20).

A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The original deposit is not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure;

6. Prohibited Activities

abn8 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using any automation software, bots, scripts or other technological tools to access or play on the Platform;
• Colluding or cooperating with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Registering or using another person's account without their explicit consent;
• Spreading false or misleading information about the Platform to other users;
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit any bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system errors on the Platform;
• Conducting any transactions related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities;
• Disrupting, damaging or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Any violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance and, where necessary, appropriate legal action. abn8 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, software and other materials found on the abn8 Platform are the exclusive property of abn8 or parties who have licensed them to us. This content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, publicly display, publicly perform or create derivative works from any abn8 content without our express written permission. Permitted use of our content is limited to personal viewing for the purpose of using the Platform only.

8. Responsible Gambling

abn8 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and should not be treated as a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed after all related bets have been settled and the account balance has been fully withdrawn in accordance with the established procedures.

abn8 reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any condition in these Terms & Conditions;
• Confirmation that the user provided false information during registration;
• Confirmation that the user is below the stipulated age;
• Request from the relevant authorities;
• Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity.

11. Amendments to Terms

abn8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be notified to users via their registered email or via a notice published prominently on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of such changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The abn8 Platform operates under a valid international licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which abn8 holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent of the parties to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
